Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made (as available) by contacting the box office.

General Policies
DO NOT COPY THIS TICKET. MULTIPLE COPIES INVALID. Holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued. Photography and videography of any kind is prohibited inside the theatre.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Dance Connection). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
